Align SpEL's default max auto-grow size with Spring data binding

For consistency, we should align the default maximumAutoGrowSize in the SpelParserConfiguration with the default value used elsewhere for data binding in the Spring Framework (see DataBinder.DEFAULT_AUTO_GROW_COLLECTION_LIMIT).
