another tab is selected; the ArkTS shell (acbe750) converts the overlay frame from device
pixels with px2vp (the managed compositor arranges in pixels, so the HybridWebView overlay was
1.9x off and off-window), ignores degenerate frames, arbitrates one hybrid registration over a
later Blazor one and moves the Web block above the managed ContentSlot (a Stack composites later
children on top - the served page was hidden), with suspend/resume under a presented drawer and a
