• Updated some github workflows : removed cryogen and the action to mark release on discord
• Updated run properties set by the linux installer to reduce memory footprint
• Added lib folder with some jars to avoid some external dependencies for the build process
  (namely griffon-flagicons which is no longer available, apparently)
