twigUI v1.0.0

This is a fairly big update, but most of it is not user facing, twigUI is now built from ROCKNIX sources (but with a BSP kernel) so it's not compatible with previous installs and a full reinstall is required. Make sure to backup any important data before reinstalling.

• Vulkan support for standalone Flycast and PPSSPP
• Dpad to mouse support in pico8:
  • L2 + R2 = toggle mouse/dpad mode
  • L1 = left click
  • R1 = right click
• Video hardware decoding for MPV:
  • Only H264 and HEVC codecs are supported, everything else will use software decoding.
  • 1080p/60fps max (downscaled to 640x480), might have issues with higher bitrate videos with these settings.
  • 8bit only, 10/12 bit videos might play with software decoding but not very well (or at all).
• LEDs settings (always off, battery indicator, audio visualizer)
• USB audio support
• More USB wifi and ethernet drivers
