Improvements

• Added optional UUID support for categories to enable UUID-based references in the Products Backend API: introduced an opt-in CategoryUuid schema that adds the uuid column to spy_category, enabled via CategoryConfig::isCategoryUuidEnabled(). UUID-based lookups additionally gate on the column actually being present through CategoryRepositoryInterface::isCategoryUuidSupported(), so the module stays functional when the opt-in schema has not been applied.
• Added uuid field to CategoryTransfer and uuids field to CategoryConditionsTransfer to support UUID-based category lookups.
• Introduced CategoryExistsProductAbstractCollectionCreateValidatorPlugin and CategoryExistsProductAbstractCollectionUpdateValidatorPlugin to validate category UUIDs referenced in abstract product create and update requests.
• Introduced new transfers: ProductAbstractCollectionRequestTransfer, ProductAbstractCollectionResponseTransfer, ValidationResponseTransfer, ValidationErrorTransfer.
