Notes

If you want to activate the public constants auto-fixing for your project you can do that by extending the config as follows:

            <property name="fixable" type="bool" value="true"/>
        </properties>
    </rule>

Tip: This can also be done once by one person temporarily to upgrade master code, and then set back to non-auto-fix-mode.
