Fixes

Fixed exit() vs die() sniff and assert that they are not used (left over) by accident in code.
They always must have an argument - as integer exit code.
This prevents CI or deploy reports from being false green due to accidentally left over dump(...); exit() exiting with code 0 (OK).

Improvements

Added DisallowFunctionsSniff to allow is_resource() from being excluded from own code (as this method is not PHP 8 compatible).
