Improvements

  • Fixed ErrorHandler::handleException() so that a fallback error body is emitted when rendering the error page itself fails, preventing a 5xx response from reaching the client with an empty body.
  • Fixed WebHtmlErrorRenderer::getHtmlErrorPageContent() so that a fallback error page is returned when the configured error page is missing or unreadable, preventing a 5xx response from reaching the client with an empty body.
