Fixes

• Replaced the removed Symfony ArgumentValueResolverInterface with ValueResolverInterface in RouterFactory (Yves and Glue) and in RequestRequestValueResolver (Yves and Glue), moving the resolution guard from supports() directly into resolve().
• Changed Router::getMatcher()/getGenerator() (Yves and Zed) to check isset() instead of !== null, since $matcher/$generator are now uninitialized typed properties.
• Added an optional ?string $buildDir parameter to Router::warmUp() (Yves and Zed) to match Symfony's WarmableInterface signature.
