Adjustments

• Added spryker/configuration to the development dependencies and registered the SprykerTest\Client\ZedRequest\Helper\ test namespace.

Test infrastructure only — no resource coverage.

Carries the Tier-1 (logic) and Tier-2 (integration) lanes, the host-lane storage read adapter and in-process publish helpers, the contract-coverage gate with its console command and CI wiring, and the authoring skills.

The resource schema is now the single source of truth for which responses an operation produces: glue api:generate carries openapiContext.responses into the generated #[ApiResource] (it dropped them before), the gate derives one coverage item per declared status >= 400 and synthesises nothing, an enforced operation declaring no responses fails the gate with the .resource.yml to edit, and the test runtime fails any declared-vs-observed status mismatch.

ContractCoverageRunner::IN_SCOPE_RESOURCES ships empty: the mechanism claims no resource on its own. Each adoption adds its own entry next to the tests that close it, in #1031.
