NetVplayer 1.0.9 adds signed in-app updates and improves playback power management.

  • The version in the sidebar and Settings marks available updates. After confirmation, the app downloads and verifies the update in the background and installs it when NetVplayer normally quits.
  • Playback prevents the display from idle dimming or sleeping. Pausing, ending playback, or quitting restores the system's energy-saving policy.

This release contains the verified source-free Apple Silicon macOS app. It requires macOS 14 or later and uses community ad-hoc signing, so first launch may require Finder's Open command or approval in Privacy & Security.
