Lerience 0.0.1

This is the first unsigned Windows x64 community preview of Lerience.

Downloads

Use the versioned Lerience-Setup-...exe installer. The other files are integrity and
corresponding-source records rather than additional app variants.

Included

  • A local-first desktop course dashboard and guided course workspace.
  • Course creation without requiring learners to install developer Node, use Git, or run a terminal.
  • Detection and provider-owned sign-in for compatible Codex and Claude Code installations.
  • A deterministic app-owned Course Engine, Git capability, and npm tooling runtime.
  • NSIS per-user Windows installer.
  • Learner-approved updates authenticated by a signed release manifest and exact artifact hashes.

Before installing

Install and sign in to a compatible Codex or Claude Code client through the provider's official
instructions. Lerience does not bundle or manage provider clients, accounts, subscriptions, or
credentials.

Known limitations

  • The packages do not yet carry a trusted Windows publisher signature. Windows may show an
    unknown-publisher or SmartScreen warning; the release notes do not claim otherwise.
  • Windows x64 is the only accepted desktop target in this release.
  • Provider support is experimental and remains subject to the provider's current product and
    authentication terms.
  • Course Engine update safety exists in the application core, but a learner-facing update action is
    deferred until a reviewed engine version differs from the bundled baseline.
