0.87 Pre-Beta Preview

This is just a slightly cleaned up release of the last several months work, meant to put something out there a little bit stable for curious testers.

Following releases leading to the beta will clean up other bugs and should come shortly.

Points to note compared to 0.78 pre-alpha:

• Only the default 24 bit renderer works anymore. do not change span_quality, column_quality, sky_quality from 0 settings in default.cfg
• Sound code currently does not work. Make sure sfx_device is set to 0 in default.cfg
• The binary may require around 10-11KB more memory than before. Run "doom -mem" to see how many bytes you have free. But in general, 560-570k should be enough.
• The new file handling code is not as stable and bugfixed/polished. I have noticed that running via batch files or in long subdirectory chains sometimes causes issues. Also, running without default.cfg missing may cause issues, so I have packaged the default default.cfg with this release.
