Settings & agent-model fixes.

Fixed

  • Agent model picker now works. Selecting a model no longer closes all of Settings - you return to Settings > Agents with the agent still selected, and the change persists live (the engine now lets a GUI per-agent model override win over a file-defined agent's model, with no restart needed).
  • Model search filters again; the picker title shows the real agent name (was a literal placeholder).
  • GitHub Models / GitHub Copilot no longer appear under 'Connected providers' just because a GITHUB_TOKEN env var exists - they were never explicitly connected. Genuinely-connected providers are unaffected; you can still connect GitHub explicitly.
  • Default team agents repointed to Anthropic (Sonnet 4.6 / Opus 4.8).
  • Internal: wired MIMOCODE_DISABLE_DEFAULT_PLUGINS, test + seed cleanups.

Reconnect/restart after updating. Commit 5beda00.
