Stop during an All-The-Plugins install now leaves the in-flight app fully working. Each FAP is written to a temp file and only swapped into place after it's md5-verified, so pressing Stop (or a dropped link) mid-write discards the temp and the app keeps its previous, working version — never a half-written/broken FAP. Also hardens installs against mid-write link drops for the same reason.
