Added support for outputting COFF object files (.obj)
If the output filepath has a .obj or .o extension, the output format will be inferred to be a COFF object file. You can also specify the output format explicitly with /:output-format coff.
The /:target <arch> (e.g. /:target x86_64) option can be used to specify the target machine for the COFF object file.
Note: If you are dealing with more than one .rc/.res file and want to output a COFF object file, the :cvtres subcommand (see below) is what you want. In that case, you'd convert all .rc files to .resas normal, and then pass all the.resfiles to the:cvtres` subcommand.
Added :cvtres subcommand (resinator :cvtres) that works as a drop-in replacement for cvtres.exe (.res files are the inputs, a .obj file is the output)
Added :targets subcommand (resinator :targets) that prints the available options for /:target
Added :windres subcommand (resinator :windres) that offers a (mostly) drop-in compatible CLI interface (@<file> is currently unsupported, see #19)
Improved the use case of using resinator with CMake/Meson
Made the CLI parser infer when an option could be a filepath, see 9eca35f for details
Modified help text to trick Meson into thinking resinator is rc.exe/windres when applicable to get the correct options passed, see 48aef18 and #17 (comment) for details
