v0.8.0

Format cics-crucible/1 unchanged. SPEC changes are additive (intrapartition TD queues: CSD TDQUEUE, td_queues, READQ / WRITEQ / DELETEQ TD events; file-control events READ UPDATE / REWRITE / UNLOCK with final.files and a data/ seed). Nine cases added (23 scenarios), no log corrected (no expected log under a pre-existing case changed; one citation line in ca-channel-containers/NOTES.md was corrected: RETURN CHANNEL is not described on the IBM "current channel" page).
