Patch release for the guard recovery closeout.

Changes:

  • Exposes the scorecard retrospective path in slope review --help.
  • Keeps sprint review/follow-up/closeout commit scopes in auto-card ticket matching.
  • Warns when broad sprint-scoped commits may undercount roadmap ticket closeout work.
  • Ships the S128-S130 guard recovery and PR closeout fixes captured in the release sprint.

Validation:

  • Build, typecheck, full Vitest suite, SLOPE validation, roadmap validation, map check, whitespace check, and npm pack dry run passed before release.
