Follow-up patch after the v1.58.1 release discipline pass.\n\n- Allows post-merge retros for inserted decimal sprints such as S146.1 (#529).\n- Preserves decimal sprint ids in retro output paths, records, and durable memory text.\n- Bumps @slope-dev/slope and bundled Codex plugin manifest to 1.58.2.\n\nPublish is handled by the GitHub Release npm workflow.
