B2: measure without telemetry — mir doctor --share + cohort checklist #79

Description

@frahlg

No phoning home, ever. Instead: mir doctor --share prints a local, redacted report (versions, platform, check results, reconnect timings if present — never identities, names, or URLs beyond the default relay) that the user pastes into an issue themselves; and a cohort checklist doc that walks a beta tester through the demo gates (install→terminal time, reconnect feel, continuation) so the north-star is measurable from reports alone.

Acceptance: --share output is safe to paste publicly (test-pinned redaction); the bug template asks for it; the checklist doc exists and maps to the gates. Part of #55.
