Cost lanes, named keys, profile, and credits.

  • Lane A / B / C so a configured key is not treated as safe to spend
  • Default recommend/get_fastest stay on Lane A unless spend_ok+funded or include_paid
  • Named API keys add without overwriting other ids
  • profile / set_profile: spend_ok, funded, login
  • credits() for OpenRouter, SiliconFlow, and Groq rate-limit headers
  • recommend() and quality_probe() for translate / rewrite / review / code
