Markdown tables now render as formatted tables in both chat response styles, with clear headers, subtle borders, and preserved column alignment.

  • Wrap table content on smaller screens and keep wide tables horizontally scrollable.
  • Prevent tables and code blocks from stretching the conversation beyond its viewport.
  • Preserve inline formatting, links, code, and escaped pipes; support keyboard scrolling within wide tables.

Validated in light and dark mode at desktop and phone widths. All repository checks passed, including 90 tests, production authentication checks, and public site builds.
