Marco v1.0 — F1 25 Race Engineer

Double-click Marco.exe to run. No Python, no Node, no install needed.

What is Marco?

Marco is a live lap engineer for F1 25 Time Trial. It listens to UDP telemetry from the game, builds a fastest-lap reference, and gives you real-time voice coaching — plus a live dashboard you
can open on your phone by scanning a QR code.

  • Brake zone warnings and "brake now" calls

  • Track map with car position dot

  • Optimal Lap — theoretical best from sectors and bins

Analyze Past Sessions

  • Dedicated analysis screen for every saved session
  • Track heatmap from your PB lap — toggle between Speed and Inputs view
  • Full performance report with all analytics
  • Lap-by-lap time table

Post-session report

  • JSON + Markdown report saved automatically
  • Spoken engineer-style debrief at session end
  • Toast notifications showing exactly where files were saved

How to install

  1. Download Marco.zip from the assets below
  2. Extract the Marco/ folder anywhere on your PC
  3. Double-click Marco.exe
  4. Scan the QR code with your phone — or open the printed URL in any browser on the same Wi-Fi

Keep the _internal/ folder next to Marco.exe — the exe needs it to run.

Report quality improves with more clean laps — 8–10 laps gives the strongest data.

Troubleshooting

No voice — check your system audio output is set correctly.

Phone can't connect — make sure phone and PC are on the same Wi-Fi. Allow port 5000 through Windows Firewall.

No telemetry data — re-check the in-game UDP settings above. Allow port 20777 through Windows Firewall.
