v3.25.1 - Gate-linter quote awareness, side-effect-free test suite

Fixed: lintGateCommands no longer false-positives on shell metacharacters inside quoted node -e strings (#246). Fixed: the test suite no longer leaves nine tracked audit reports modified. Fixed: the step-2 hardener now recommends a gate pattern its own linter accepts (#247).
