2026.0.2 - Pre-Kickstart Activities

Introduces the example game of Tin Can Rally, to teach some core concepts of robotics and introduce some simple sensors that teams could use on their physical robots.

Also includes an alternative setup script that installs Python 3.11 into a virtual environment regardless of the system Python version.
