Installation

If needed, create a new conda environment:

1. Ensure conda is up-to-date: conda update conda
2. Create conda environment: conda env create -f env_cpu.yml

Then, activate the desired conda environment (e.g. conda activate ccsubsample) and install ccsubsample with pip install -e .
