skillscript-runtime v0.19.14

Discovered while re-rendering after v0.19.13: docs/language-reference.md
had a pre-existing gap — the entire ## Connectors section (~17KB,
covering the five connector types, agent_id resolution, PortableMemory
shape, field-access tier rules, and per-call identity overrides) was
present in the authoritative atom-side document anchor (50fcecc8,
skillscript-language-reference) but never made it into the checked-in
MD. The gap predated v0.19.13 — likely introduced when someone hand-edited
the MD without running amp_render_document afterward.

v0.19.13's "Output target resolution" splice also closed with a pointer
to "the Connectors section (AgentConnector) for the full delivery
contract" — a dangling cross-reference when that section wasn't in the
MD. This release lands the proper full render and resolves both issues.

Workflow lesson captured: re-rendering the language reference means
running amp_render_document({slug: "skillscript/skillscript-language-reference"})
and overwriting the MD wholesale, NOT hand-splicing the delta. Hand-splicing
preserves drift; full render is the only path that keeps the MD == atoms.
