Release list
AI Status Bar 0.1.1
Reliability release: no functional UI changes, hardening under the hood.
Fixes
- A malformed/non-HTTP network response could crash the whole app via a force-cast — every provider (Claude, Codex, token refresh) now degrades to a typed error instead.
- OAuth account sign-in failures (port already in use, network error, bad response, Keychain write failure) now show a clear alert explaining what went wrong instead of silently beeping.
- New "Add Claude CLI Profile…" — monitor a secondary Claude Code login via
CLAUDE_CONFIG_DIR(e.g. a second Max account) alongside your main one.
Install
- Homebrew:
brew install --cask sshykvlv/tap/ai-status-bar - Or download
AIStatusBar.zipbelow, unzip, drag to Applications.
Requirements: macOS 14 Sonoma or later, Apple Silicon or Intel. Signed and notarized by Apple.
SHA-256 checksums are attached (SHA256SUMS).
AI Status Bar 0.1.0
First public release.
A macOS menu-bar app that shows how much usage you have left on multiple Claude accounts and Codex, at a glance: 5-hour window and weekly cap per account, burn-rate forecasts, opt-in usage alerts.
Install
- Homebrew:
brew install --cask sshykvlv/tap/ai-status-bar - Or download
AIStatusBar.zipbelow, unzip, drag to Applications.
Requirements: macOS 14 Sonoma or later, Apple Silicon or Intel. Signed and notarized by Apple.
First launch: macOS will ask once to allow reading the "Claude Code-credentials" Keychain item — that's the app picking up your existing Claude Code login (read-only). Click Always Allow.
