HELIOS Public Alpha 3 — Stable Alpha

HELIOS is a CC:Tweaked industrial power-management suite for large modded Minecraft facilities.

This release establishes the V1 stable-alpha foundation:

• Mainframe and remote-terminal monitoring
• Extreme Reactors reactor and turbine management
• Universal energy-storage telemetry
• Dedicated Draconic Guardian with persistent adaptive calibration
• Independent Guardian and Mainframe upgrades
• English, Canadian French, and German interfaces
• New HELIOS startup diagnostics, identity screen, and logo
• Safer Guardian restart and manual-control transitions
• Automatic cleanup of stale facility registrations
• Improved Draconic late-lifecycle temperature and containment detection
