Description of Issue
The requirement states the tool must be compatible with various Python versions and common libraries. Perhaps some rewording could be done as "various Python versions" indicate that the tool supports more than just the "latest two major versions". The term "commonly used libraries" is also ambiguous. What is considered a commonly used library? Is there a list that you are referencing? This could use some clarification.
