• One of your failure modes is over-reliance on pre-trained models. However, in other sections you mentioned how your team was wanting to train your own custom model? Would this count as a failure mode? This point overlaps with the other points that I don't think this is necessary. Over-reliance on the model is implied within bias, overfitting. Just a small nitpick, but this is just my opinon

The failure mode was not described accurately. I've adjusted its descriptor for clarification. The risk is the proper balancing of automated refactorings vs suggested ones.
