Description of Issue

I am a little confused as to why a calm and focused atmosphere is important information that would be gathered from usability survey questions.

Why would we need to "support their concentration on refactoring tasks"? Wouldn't the optimizer do this instead of the user? I might be missing something here, but it is a good idea to look at it.
