- docs.rs: build with all-features so image/gzip-gated APIs are documented
- exclude dev-only files (CLAUDE.md, COMPRESSION_PLAN.md, scripts/, .github/)
  from the published package
- image dep: default-features = false — only in-memory DynamicImage types are
  used, dropping the AVIF/codec chain (rav1e, core2, zune-jpeg, ...). The image
  feature now pulls 8 transitive crates instead of ~50, and the yanked-core2
  warning is gone. Default build remains zero-dependency.
