Bug Fix

• Fixed: Players could trigger elytra takeoff and flight without wearing an elytra.
  The Caelus attribute has a default value of 0.1, causing canElytraFly() to always
  return true. Now checks for actual modifier presence instead of raw attribute value.

Requires NeoForge ≥ 21.1.233 and Caelus ≥ 7.0.
