[Feature] Velocity Override for static / rigidbody #76

Motivation

What I want to do is apply a velocity to a rigid body in a specific direction. This can be useful in cases where I want to simulate an impact, especially when the user is not concerned with how the impact affects the static object, but rather the deformable one.

Proposal

Velocity override option for static or rigidbody.
