Scoped package identity and GitHub tarball distribution. Install with: dsh plugin --profile web add https://github.com/staavanothanh/dsh-ecc/releases/download/v0.3.0/staavanothanh-dsh-ecc-0.3.0.tgz. The logical DSH bundle id remains dsh-ecc, while the package is @staavanothanh/dsh-ecc to avoid the occupied unscoped registry name. This release includes pinned ECC v2.2.0 assets and model-catalog lifecycle hooks. Existing profiles using the old unscoped package should remove it before adding this tarball.
