In Orca, when the orchestrator spawns a worker, the 'done' signal is embedded in the prompt rather than using a persistent listener. This sometimes causes workers to miss sending the signal, leading to the orchestrator hanging. Paseo handles this better: after spawning a worker, a daemon thread listens for the worker's turn completion event to notify the orchestrator that the worker is done.
