I built this. It is a separate macOS app. It is not tied to Orca.
When a fleet of agents runs in parallel, one can sit on an approval prompt in a window you are not looking at. OpusBar puts a pixel cat in the menu bar. It takes the state of the most urgent session: running, thinking, needs you, done, error or idle. A badge counts the sessions waiting.
