Omarchy Max (Windows) v0.1.5

Omarchy Max for Windows — Try Omarchy with openzoo seeded at first launch (root bootstrap installs the openzoo CLI on the first online boot, a localhost-only x402 pay-per-call proxy on :8402, the openzoo.fun/omarchymax one-liner at first login, ChatGPT desktop's Codex side paid per call). Built from staccDOTsol/try-omarchy-windows@openzoo-first-launch.

Download TryOmarchy.exe and run it. On first run it downloads the guest image and the graphics runtime from this release (https://github.com/staccDOTsol/openzoo/releases/download/omarchymax-win-v0.1.5/), verifying SHA256SUMS against the digest 5ad9eb888ac30d76391dfdcd2651f90ebe08f5f00e11c6e27d454e62e2e041db compiled into the exe, and every asset against that manifest. Data lives in %LOCALAPPDATA%\OmarchyMax.

Unsigned. This exe carries no Authenticode signature (upstream signs with Azure Trusted Signing, which this project does not have). Windows SmartScreen will warn: choose More info → Run anyway. Verify it yourself: TryOmarchy.exe SHA256 5f08479927eb61d71a4dc687d92d78685f0763ceb94ff3d94bf7d25cb3e69bcc (also in TryOmarchy.exe.sha256). There is no signed update feed either — this launcher does not self-update; install a newer Omarchy Max release by downloading its exe.

GPU runtime. winq-emu-alpha10-portable.zip is upstream's prebuilt WINQ-EMU runtime, pinned by runtime.lock.json (https://github.com/omacom/try-omarchy-windows/releases/download/v0.0.9-preview/winq-emu-alpha10-portable.zip, SHA256 e8d0bef993f27bc4caad507ee9da4f310073c14a92baac56ceb6ef111d801e3c) and re-verified during this build; winq-emu-alpha10-source.zip is its corresponding source.
