Description

There are some leftovers we can't bump yet:

   Upgrading const-oid ^0.9.6 -> ^0.10.2
   Upgrading rand ^0.9.0 -> ^0.10.1
   Upgrading rand_core ^0.6.4 -> ^0.10.1
   Upgrading sha2 ^0.10.8 -> ^0.11.0
   Upgrading signature ^2.2.0 -> ^3.0.0

Definition of Done Checklist
