Fix: anthropic/claude-opus-4.8 removed from HIGH_PERFORMANCE use case tag. This is a CF-managed third-party model with external Anthropic billing — not a native Workers AI model. HIGH_PERFORMANCE on cloudflare now correctly routes to @cf/openai/gpt-oss-120b (quality:6, native, free inference tier).
