What's new

  • Per-channel audio output routing — each mixer channel can now route independently to any audio or MIDI output device, replacing the single top-level output picker.
  • Shuffle-safe routing — pinned device maps survive both playback-mode shuffle and the Shuffle Instruments button. Saved channel→device routings are re-applied to the tone engine after each track/instrument change.
  • Device enumeration fix — requests mic permission once when needed so Chrome exposes all audio outputs with labels (not just the default).
  • setSinkId fallback — uses MediaStreamDestination + <audio>.setSinkId on browsers without AudioContext.setSinkId.
  • Audio-lock banner — surfaced when the AudioContext is suspended mid-playback so the user can resume with a gesture.
