Added

  • Invoice.reissue(invoiceId) — retries a submission that never reached the authorizer, or that it rejected.

The argument is the invoice's local id, not an access key: a failed submission never received one. Reissuing consumes quota exactly like a fresh issue(), so the SDK deliberately does not wrap it in a retry loop.

This brings the Node SDK in line with the Python, Go and PHP clients, which already exposed the method. specs/API_CONTRACT.md in stackin-sdk-template has been updated to document it as the fourth method of the contract.
