Description

• Update doc for local setup
• Fix error makefile error if pre-commit is not install
• Migrate deprecated pre-commit task

• Unit and integration tests added

• Documentation added if necessary (i.e. changes to dev setup, test execution, ...)
• CI and all relevant tests are passing
