Replaces the listing UI in the Stallion modal with a redesigned dev menu built on a shared set of design tokens. - Testing/Production mode toggle, buckets list, and a per-bucket bundle history push, with a Production screen for the active and pending bundles - Bundle history rows show bundle size alongside author and date - The download button doubles as its own progress bar, filling left to right as the bundle downloads - Toggle captions name the mode the switch moves to and note that the change applies on restart, rather than restating the current state - The login screen no longer inherits the mode header tone; it is untinted, since the toggle is unreachable until you sign in Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
