This code utilizes metapub and Elsevier's Developer Tools to search for and mine published scientific articles. This code was used in the Systematic Review for the Autism Brain Imaging Data Exchange (ABIDE; http://fcon_1000.projects.nitrc.org/indi/abide/) 10 year impact project.

To use the script please use the formated excel sheet included in the repo with all the column headers. If you wish to search for other key words edit in script.
Lastly, please create a config.json that has an API Key from Elsevier (for more information follow their detailed guides here: https://dev.elsevier.com/)
