This repository contains the analysis notebooks and supporting files used to generate the results reported in the manuscript.

All Google Colab notebooks are linked to the files they require to run. To trace intermediate files and outputs, follow how each notebook loads/exports data in Colab and then locate the corresponding files in this GitHub repository (and a few others).
