[Help Wanted] Disabling checkbox animations on Advanced Checklist

Describe the issue
Note sure if this is a help request (if there is a way to do this) or a feature request (if there is not).

Clicking a checkbox on any item on an Advanced Checklist triggers a slow, obtrusive animation to move an item into the done category. Google results say that there's an option to disable it in the Appearance menu, but I don't see it and Gemini lies about stuff constantly. Is there a way to turn this off? Categories and collapsible sections are nice, but that animation is obnoxious, slow, and unnecessary.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create an advanced checklist
2. Create any item
3. Check (or uncheck) the box

Expected behavior
Item should strike through, grey, and move into the done category instantly
