Including left-handed cursors "for the masses"

I've overhauled pretty much all original SVG sources, and I'm including packages of the left-handed (a.k.a. Right-sided) variants here. I've branched stanio/v2.0.7 from upstream anew, and I've applied all my changes grouped into more curated commits one may easily compare to the official Bibata:

Windows-specific

I'm not building Extra-Large variants anymore. I recommend people use just the Normal variants and change the pointer size via the Accessibility (Ease of Access) → Mouse settings. Changing the pointer size this way changes (for the most part) the size of application-specific pointers as well. Note, after changing the mouse pointer size from the Accessibility settings, one needs to reselect the Bibata pointer scheme from the "Additional mouse options/settings" – Mouse Properties / Pointers control panel. If you still prefer the standard cursors larger, give the Large variants a try.

I've now included a few more resolutions in each cursor: 40, 60, 72, 80. This avoids resampling and blurring when these exact resolutions are needed. See what resolutions you may be using from the following (non-exhaustive) table:

Display scale →
Pointer size ↓
100% 125% 150% 175% 200% 250% 300% 400%
1 32 40 48 56 64 80 96 128
2 48 60 72 84 96 120 144 192
3 64 80 96 112 128 160 192 256
4 80 100 120 140 160 200 240
5 96 120 144 168 192 240

I'm using pointer size 2 and two monitors – one at 200% scaling and the other at 150%. Do suggest what other resolutions you may want to be included in these releases, though I don't know when/if I'll be making another one.
