Launch on startup (on by default)
Insomnia now starts automatically when Windows boots — no more forgetting to open it before a session. Toggle it off anytime via the Launch on startup switch in the main window, right below Keep Awake.
Cursor: smart detection
Cursor is now hook-based instead of process-based. Insomnia polls Cursor's agent transcript files and stays awake only while the Cursor Agent is actively working — not just because Cursor is open. Idle = asleep within 3 minutes.
